Holiday fees: All holidays add $10 fee. This includes the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve in addition to all national holidays. 50% cancellation fees within 72 hours of canceling holiday pet care.

Policies

  • Cancellation fee of 50% during holidays

  • We must know if anyone else has access to your home while Bark Meow is in charge of your animals

  • We ask that you contact your veterinary clinic and notify them dates you are out of town and give them our contact information. Also, discuss any emergencies with them to leave no question as to treatment if an emergency occurs

  • We ask to keep your key, or have outside access to it, for convenience and to keep costs low (lockboxes are popular unless you have a keypad entry)

  • We ask that your home areas be clean and clear of obstructions for daily pet sits

  • Please pay a total of all money owed at the first visit, a check or cash accepted, no credit cards

  • There is a $25 return check fee payable to reimburse us for our bank fee and a $25 administrative fee due to us within 15 days of your return home

  • A surcharge of $10 per visit is applied during all holidays, New Years Eve, New Years Day, MLK Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
